January – Alpine Comfort Food

At our January event “Alpine Comfort Food,” a fantastic evening awaits you under the theme: “Gourmet Delights in Winter Attire.”
We’re cooking up soul food at a Michelin-star level for you. Here is what to expect: cheese fondue, truffle dumplings, hay-cooked short ribs, and a variety of alpine desserts.
